滋补清汤锅

 

                                                        做法一:

                                                        主料:西洋参5钱、枸杞5钱,红枣10粒(去核)、生姜片2片

                                                        配料:鸡汤,食盐,味精

                                                        做法:西洋参,枸杞,红枣,生姜片放入鸡汤中用小火熬煮,去药渣后加入盐,

                                                        味精调味后当作火锅之汤底用。

                                                        做法二:

                                                        主料:当归2钱,熟地3钱,川芎2钱,白芍3钱,党参3钱,黄耆3钱,红枣5粒(去籽),

                                                        生姜片2片

                                                        配料:鸡汤,盐,味精

                                                        做法:当归,熟地,川芎,白芍,党参,黄芪,红枣5粒,生姜片放入鸡汤中用

                                                        小火熬煮,去药渣后加入盐,精调味后当作火锅之汤底用。
